The Allegany County Health Planning Coalition is a summit of established workgroups and committees already functioning successfully in the community. This coalition is comprised of representative from the following agencies:

Local Health Action Plan Priorities (January 2012 - December 2014)

Below are the 13 community priorities and the 2014 goals for each. Progress on the strategic actions to achieve these goals will be assessed and reported every six months. Click on a priority and it will take you to the related action plan which includes an indication of whether progress is being made or not on each action. The ratings depict levels of progress for the actions undertaken during the appropriate phases. Justification for the progress assessment can be found in the Coalition minutes.
